Hello All,

Those of you who are using a version of Netscape in the 4.7 range you were not able 
to view the News&Notes bulletin that I just sent out. I did not realize there was a 
problem until a fewEdSoc members pointed it out. 

Thanks to Fred Okuma in Japan the problem has been solved. I have tested the 
News&Notes using Netscape 4.7 and I can view the entire newsletter.

For those who are interested, the problem had to do with the <table> and </table> tags.
I had one <table> tag in upper case and one </table> tag in lower case. It seems that 
vintage versions of Netscape do not handle such tag deficiencies.
